What is Chakra Balancing?

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body, we have an energy body that extends beyond our physical well-being. These chakras bring in and emit energy which flows in our day to day lives. Each chakra relates to a different part of our life and being. In time of struggle or change the energy can stop flowing freely and cause the Chakra(s) to become blocked or imbalanced. These blockages can manifest in many ways.

What are the benefits of using Crystals for Chakra Balancing?

• Each crystal and its color corresponds with our chakras.  

• Red or black crystals such as garnet, ruby, and black tourmaline are best to heal our root chakra. 

• Orange crystals such as carnelian, orange calcite, and orange garnet are good to heal our sacral chakra. 

• Green or pink crystals such as rose quartz, green fluorite, and rhodochrosite are best to heal our heart chakra and so on.

What can I expect during a Chakra Balancing session?

• I start off the session by spending a few minutes with the client, asking them if they are struggling with an issue that Chakra Balancing and Reiki can assist with.

• I then spend 30 minutes assessing the client's chakra with the help of my pendulum and dowsing rods. I then intuitively select which crystals the client will need for the Reiki session. This is then followed by one hour of Reiki healing. I use Shamanic energy-clearing techniques in conjunction with my Reiki master training. I help clear your Auric field of static energy, remove blockages from your chakras, and rebalance your energetic system.
